STS Global Media is a UK registered business. The majority of our specialists are based in the UK. However, in line with our name, we truly are a global business so we have a growing network of specialists worldwide. This helps us services clients across different time zones.

We know you value flexibility. We operate on a monthly retainer basis (for most services), and don’t lock you into long-term contracts.

While we don’t mandate minimum spends, we will recommend a starting budget to make your investment worthwhile. This is a two way dialogue and we’ll work with you to ensure you’re getting the most from your spend.

Depending on your requirements, we will assign you a primary point of contact who will be your go-to person on a day to day basis. Your account team will be introduced to you once your requirements are finalised.

Results depend on which strategy we’re using. SEO is a ‘slow-burn’ and can take around 6+ months to see true results. SEO & PPC work together, PPC is more immediate. PPC can see instant results once a campaign goes live! Paid social varies depending on whether you’re looking for visibility or sales.

Again, this depends on your specific goals.

Drive quality traffic to your website? Google Ads – these people are pre-qualified, they’re already searching for what you offer!

Social? This is skewed by audience & behavior.

Looking to reach a younger audience? TikTok & Snapchat. Looking for scale? Meta (Facebook & Instagram combined) – you can’t beat their targeting and ad capabilities.

Engaged video views? YouTube.

We’d do an exercise in terms of audience sizing and reach penetration to determine cost together.

To be frank, there’s no point in investing in ads if you aren’t going to do it properly or penetrate a decent portion of the market.
